• Nasi Lemak Bento with Housemade Sambal Salmon – Our luxurious housemade sambal salmon fillet that’s oven-roasted to perfection. Combines harmoniously with sambal hard-boiled egg, ikan bilis and peanuts, stir-fried vegetables and fluffy, coconut-flavoured basmati rice.
• Nasi Lemak Bento with Lemongrass Prawns -Crisp, lemongrass-scented prawns, sambal hard-boiled egg, ikan bilis and peanuts, stir-fried vegetables and fluffy, coconut basmati rice give this bento nuanced layers of flavour.
