We provide a flat delivery fee of $30 per location.

Order cancellations are not permitted 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery or collection date. Card and transactions fees incurred from your order will not be refunded. For cancellations, an email notification to hello@theplatteringco.com is required.
Yes, we do provide disposable eco-friendly cutlery and napkins unless otherwise specified.
We are not halal certified. However, we do work with a halal certified food partner. For corporate bento orders with halal requirements, please drop us an email at hello@theplatteringco.com with your corporate event details for a quotation.
For vegan cheese requests, kindly contact us at least 2 weeks before your desired delivery or collection date.

Catering setup services are available for individual covered food bentos/boxes. Services for catering/buffet setups will depending on ongoing Covid-19 measurements. For catering requests, please drop us an email with your event details.
