Each ingredient is meticulously selected to showcase the finest flavors, featuring superior abalone, whole sea cucumber, Japanese fresh scallop, fresh sea prawn, 24-hour braised fish maw, sun-dried Japanese scallop, giant shiitake mushroom, and 75°C sous vide spring chicken.
