Drawing from the rich symbolism of Pencai 盆菜, this luxurious creation celebrates unity and abundance. Traditionally enjoyed during festive gatherings, Pencai represents prosperity and the essence of shared moments.
Each ingredient is meticulously selected to showcase the finest flavours, featuring superior abalone, whole sea cucumber, Japanese fresh scallop, fresh sea prawn, 24-hour braised fish maw, sun-dried Japanese scallop, giant shiitake mushroom, and 75°C sous vide spring chicken.
The golden pumpkin broth is crafted from slow-cooked pumpkin purée blended with rich chicken stock and infused with Mount Sanggiyan white ginseng.
