This elegant platter features premium Norwegian King Salmon, gently poached to perfection and infused with the subtle, earthy aroma of Koenigii (curry leaves) for a unique flavor twist. The salmon is topped with a Cantonese-inspired Bi Feng Tang garlic crust, a fragrant blend of golden-fried garlic crust, preserved radish crips, and golden cereal crumble – adding crunchy contrast to the delicate fish.

Accompanying this platter are with newly added charred sweet chili cauliflower, delivering a touch of smoky heat and sweetness, and a medley of roasted vegetables such as asparagus, carrots, and more, lightly coated in maple mustard glaze for a delicious balance of flavors.
