Coated with a trio-pepper crust (a blend of black, white, and Sichuan peppercorns), it delivers a harmonious blend of warmth, fragrance, and robust flavor. Paired with the rich Shaoxing peppercorn jus – with a mild numbing kick from the Sichuan peppercorns, this dish brings a festive touch of “huat” to your table, making it perfect for ushering in prosperity this Chinese New Year.
